Today, forty Year 9 pupils took part in a STEM visit to the Williams Formula One headquarters in Oxfordshire as part of our maths enrichment programme exploring how mathematical thinking drives real‑world engineering.

On Thursday we were fortunate to have Sarah Cooksley from Cheltenham Festivals come and host a poetry workshop for 30 of our Year 8 students as part of Amnesty International's Words That Burn project.
Term 5 has seen our fourth, final and definitely fantastic lunchtime platforms of the academic year.
In stark contrast to the warm sunny days of the March practice expedition, the May qualifying expedition was a wintery affair with cold wet weather. This did not put off our groups with around 60 students completing either their Bronze or Silver expedition section.
