Students attend the Remembrance Service at St James’ Church in Quedgeley.
The English department had the pleasure of taking nearly 70 students to Cheltenham Literature Festival during the last week of term 1. Students took part in workshops with authors and had a chance to meet them in the Waterstones tent to ask questions and have their books signed.
Our English department have been working with Amnesty International and the Cheltenham Literature Festival on a poetry project dealing with human rights.

On Wednesday we welcomed Fifi and Alice from the Strike a Light Youth Theatre who ran a fantastic Drama workshop with a group of KS3 students.
On Friday 10th October, 26 of our Year 10 GCSE Fine Art students enjoyed an inspiring trip to the Oxford University Museum of Natural History and the Ashmolean Museum and Art Gallery.
