Breakthrough Club at Elton Maize Maze
Breakthrough Club at Elton Maize Maze
On Friday September 4th, the Breakthrough Club spent an amazing day at the 12 acres of Elton Maize Maze. Whilst there we navigated all three of the mazes: the relatively simple little tortoise labyrinth, the medium sized rose maze and the huge wild cat maze which was the most difficult however the lookout towers made it easier to venture deeper into the field of maize, We finally entered the activity maze which had many exciting challenges to complete such as: the elastic spider web to negotiate, balance beams, crawling nets and a tangle box. The activities were mixed in with multi-choice question boxes and sensors that we had to answer correctly or we would be sprayed by water. We ended the day quite wet, muddy and tired but everyone had had a great time.
